HopeQuest Programs: Finding Freedom from Addiction

Addiction is complex and deeply personal. HopeQuest offers multiple levels of care to meet you where you are and guide you toward lasting recovery. Our Christ-centered programs combine evidence-based therapies and spiritual support in a safe, therapeutic environment.

Residential Treatment for Men

A comprehensive 12-week program designed to help adult men overcome addiction by addressing the root causes and providing tools for lasting recovery.

Length: 12 weeks

Format: 8 hours/day of individual and group therapy with licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, CSAT).

Features:

  • Retreat-like setting
  • Individualized treatment within a small therapeutic community
  • Spouse-supporting therapist

Who It’s For: Ideal for men seeking intensive treatment and a structured recovery plan.

High-Intensity Outpatient Treatment

Daytime programming provides a treatment transition process where clients step down to less hours and days as they progress through the program.

Length: 12 weeks

Format:

  • Phase I – 25 hours/week (5 days/5 hours per day)
  • Phase II – 15 hours (5 days/3 hours per day)
  • Phase III – 10 hours (3 days/3 hours per day, plus one-hour individual session)

Features:

  • Flexible scheduling related to working and seeing family
  • Individual counseling with a licensed therapist

Who It’s For: Individuals who are new to the therapeutic process or those unable to participate in Residential program.

Intensive Outpatient (Evening Program)

3 nights a week of intensive treatment designed to continue your recovery.

Length: 12 weeks
Format: 10 hours/week of group and individual therapy with licensed clinicians.
Features:

  • Evening schedule for those balancing recovery with work or family
  • Clinical assessments included

Who It’s For: A step-down option for individuals transitioning from a higher level of care or for those requiring less intensive support.

Individual and Couples Counseling

Outpatient therapy for individuals and marriages impacted by addiction, whether you are taking your first steps or addressing ongoing challenges.

Format: Weekly one-on-one therapy sessions.
Features:

  • We offer outpatient therapy for individuals and marriages impacted by addiction
  • Addresses individual challenges and goals

Who It’s For: Those looking for personalized recovery support in a flexible format.

Support Groups

Join a support group or use our curriculum to run your own. Our groups help men and their wives experience freedom and restoration.

Format: Weekly in-person meetings.
Features:

  • Workbooks authored by HQ staff
  • Large group time followed by small group focused meetings

Who It’s For:

  • Walking Free: A recovery group for men addressing sexual and/or pornography addiction and relational challenges.
  • Journey Support Group: Specifically for wives of men struggling with sexual addiction, offering a supportive environment for healing and hope.

Recovery Coaching

Recovery Coaching is peer support, offering a structured, strengths-based approach for individuals actively pursuing recovery.

Length: 12-week packages, weekly 1-hr sessions

Format: In-person and virtual options are available.

Features:

  • Outcomes measurement-based
  • Person-centered approaches
  • Receive coaching on all aspects of recovery

Who It’s For: Ideal for anyone seeking flexible, practical support—whether you’re returning home from treatment, exploring recovery pathways that suit your lifestyle, or looking for peer-to-peer guidance for navigating life’s difficulties.
