Process Addictions

Discover hope, healing, and lasting freedom through treatment designed to address the root causes of gambling, video games and screen/internet addictions.

What is Process Addiction?

Unlike substance addictions, process addictions are compulsions to engage in specific behaviors, even when they negatively impact your life. These behaviors often serve as coping mechanisms for untreated emotional trauma, mental health struggles, or feelings of emptiness.

Common Types of Process Addictions:

Gambling: Continuing to gamble despite financial and emotional consequences.
Internet / Screens: Excessive time online, impacting relationships and responsibilities.
Spending: Continuing to spend money despite financial and emotional consequences.

These behaviors often seem harmless at first but can spiral into patterns of dependency, leaving you feeling isolated and powerless.
